INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID FOR PURCHASING COAL
ETT invites bidder(s) with a purpose to establish stable relationship with potential strategic players who are engaged in the coal industry and interested in purchasing coal. The interested parties may submit their proposal for bidding as per the requirements below.
Invitation number: 2020-СО-11
Amount: At least 2.5 million tons per year (80% HCC, 10% SSCC and 10% Oxidized Coal)
Bidding highest price: Bidder(s) propose FCA Mine Mouth coal price for HCC, SSCC and Oxidized Coal
Contract term: 3-5 years
Prepayment: At least 10% of the total amount (ETT do not accept LC for prepayment)
Deposit: US$1/ton (will be returned upon successful completion of the contract)

General Requirements for Bidders:
- The bidder(s) must have stable operation in the coal industry
- The bidder(s) must be publicly listed on international stock exchange(s) or SOE(s)
- The bidder(s) shall not have existing short term (up to 1 year) bilateral CSPA with ETT
Documents to submit:
1. Official letter that includes:
- Proposed contract term and total amount of coal to be purchased
- Monthly loading schedule
- Proposed FCA Mine Mouth coal price for HCC, SSCC and Oxidized Coal
- Proposed prepayment amount
- Any accounts payable or receivable to ETT
- Whether to accept required deposit of US$1/ton
2. Fill attached Form 02
3. Company profile that includes related experience and required licenses (if any)
4. Detailed business plan:
- Market research and sales plan
- Supply chain info with major customers
- Risk management plan
5. Financial credential:
- Financial statements for 2019 fiscal year
6. Transportation plan with trucking capacity
